Beer boiled with the traditional technology with the open main fermentation and ripening in a historic cellars. Hopped three times. Slightly malt beer with a fuller taste, balanced bitterness and thick, stable foam. The quality of our beer is achieved by careful selection of raw materials, careful work and long maturing with more than 40 days at the low temperatures.
