Exceptional beer deserves an exceptional way of producing carefully selected ingredients. For HORAL ALE we chose Cascade hops and Saaz semi-plowed red, from the malts we used Pislner, Pale Ale and Northern Brewer. To highlight the unique properties of our ALE we use the cold hop method at the very end of production. Thanks to these special processes and quality ingredients, the beer boasts a distinctly bitter taste with an emphasis on fresh hops, citrus and especially grapefruit. In addition to citruses, you will find tones of mango and banana. HORAL ALE has very well-matched flavors and you can drink it all evening.
