Special bottom-fermented dark beer. The beer is characterized by a high degree of 16–18 EPM and a higher alcohol content. This special has a very strong malt-caramel dense (almost bread) taste Bock is brewed mainly as malt beer, so hops are not such an important ingredient. Malts used for cooking: Pilsen, Caraaroma, Munich and Chocowheat. This is a German type of beer, so there are used German, not very distinctive hops for brewing.
